Job Posting: Communications Manager

mTrade is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communications Manager to assist with sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a corporate branding strategy, including "Go to Market" Strategy
  • Promote corporate culture through internal and external communications
  • Plan and coordinate conferences and conventions
  • Develop educational and training materials
  • Select and distribute corporate gifts
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external mTrade events
  • Plan and coordinate client activities and events
  • Plan and coordinate special events
  • Oversee maintenance of company web site
  • Oversee mTrade social media presence
  • Select and purchase company marketing materials
  • Coordinate and formalize Marketing, Sales and Training Materials
  • Help execute a Corporate Training Program

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • 2-5 plus years of marketing experience
  • Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude and positive work ethic
  • Ability to work with little supervision and achieve superior results
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet short deadlines
  • Self-motivated and willingness to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
