Job Posting: Implementation Manager
As a company with a growing client base, we are looking for an Implementation Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of both our clients and our company.
Responsibilities of this position include leading implementations for small to large scale projects. This candidate must have excellent communication and client management skills in order to maintain positive client relations. This candidate must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment. The primary responsibility is to lead successful system implementations, meeting timelines and client requirements. The Implementation Manager coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to Senior Management and Clients as needed. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing multiple client projects at one time. They will also be responsible for participating in internal projects as needed. This role is responsible for scope management, change management and estimating impacts of scope change.
Responsibilities
- Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule.
- Desire to strongly lead clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
- Responsible for managing client expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment in a team and individually.
- Ensuring successful delivery according to project timelines in order to ensure revenue recognition according to forecast.
- Responsible for providing internal and external stakeholders with updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communications documents, etc.
- Responsible for utilizing and creating documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to all parties.
Requirements
- 2+ years related experience and/or training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, Science or Engineering preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and Visio) experience preferred.
- Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills a must.
